If you are a parent, we understand you'd like to explore Kiki before you invite your kid to use it. So we will give you similar experience as a student. Once you are sure of the value, you can invite your kid to use Kiki.

We only want you to subscribe if Kiki can help your kid build great habits of regular practice and actually support in their learning journey.

At the end of the trial you will automatically be moved to 'Free Basic' plan with limited access to the service.

If you wish to subscribe, just ask Kiki in WhatsApp for payment details and it will give you a payment link.

You can start using Kiki and invite your kid for a free trial. Once you are sure, you can make the payment and we'll ask you to nominate a mobile number (either yours or your kid's).

Going forward, the kid's mobile number will receive the daily questions and the parent's mobile number will receive periodic progress reports.

We understand that Kiki can only be useful till the exam date of your kid. So you can subscribe for any of the Exam plan and get access till that year's Selective Exam, which is usually in May. At the end of May, the mobile number will be automatically unsubscribed.

Considering the Exam plan is the best value for most of our subscribers, we want to make it easy for you make the decision.

At any time if you feel Kiki is not helping your kid prepare better just contact us on hello@kikiselective.com.au and we will offer pro-rated refund to your nominated account.

We calculate the period from which you subscribed till the end of May and refund the period that you'd not be using the service.

Example:
You subscribed in Oct 2023 and decide to cancel in Jan 2024.
Your subscription period was Oct to May (8 months) and you decide to cancel after 4 months, we will offer you 50% refund for the unused time.
