Darren is the CEO and Co-Founder of TEX. His upbringing in Australia was marked by constant change and adaptation, as his family frequently relocated, leading to him switching schools regularly. This early exposure to change and disruption profoundly influenced Darren and is a theme that continues to echo in his professional career. He has lived and worked in various global cities including San Francisco, Singapore, Bangalore, and several in Australia, primarily within the technology sector. When not at TEX, Darren can often be found in the early mornings at Manly beach in Sydney, enjoying the surf alongside his son Oscar.

Darren's professional experience spans across several major technology companies. He spent two decades at Cisco Systems in various global leadership roles, where he was involved in building teams and businesses and working with large clients. This experience shaped his professional persona and gave him a deep understanding of change management, as he often found himself gravitating towards roles that involved launching new businesses or leading groups in hyper-growth stages.

Following Cisco, Darren served as the Managing Director of Customer Solutions for the Asia Pacific region at Adobe from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, Darren embarked on an entrepreneurial journey, co-founding TEX, where he currently serves as the CEO.
