His services include Design thinking, Agile practitioner, Skilled in Business Process, Business Planning, Analytical Skills, Operations Management, and IT Service Management. He is a strong consulting professional with scrum master, PMP, CISA certification and Master's degree. More than two decades of experience in the Oracle database, and software development on Unix with a particular focus on database design, development, and optimization. His special interest is in supporting senior citizens using technology. He started a social enterprise for senior care and is currently involved with another startup using ML, AI to make loved one aware of the status of senior citizens by observing there day to day routine. He brings a huge experience in Telecom (OSS/BSS), Building and Engineering, Automotive after sales, local government, Travel and Tourism, Pharmaceutical industry.

Interests

While not working, Milind like to mentor future entrepreneurs and help them grow their businesses. He runs a local community of entrepreneurs and has grown it to 200+ members. He is an avid reader with a huge library and is always looking for new things to learn. He is also empathic to the challenges new migrants face and spends time in helping them get adjusted to Australia with knowledge and opening up his network to those seeking help.
